EvacuationPath provides booking services for weekend trips, gear rental, and a location catalog within approximately 200 miles of San Jose, California. By booking a trip or rental, you agree to these terms.

Pricing for each trip, gear rental, or fully planned itinerary is shown before you confirm a booking. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to the price and terms shown at that time.

Rented equipment remains the property of EvacuationPath or its partners. You are responsible for the gear during the rental period and for damage beyond normal wear, as described in the rental listing.

Cancellation terms vary by trip and are shown on the booking page before you confirm. Where a trip includes third-party lodging, transfer, or insurance, that provider’s own cancellation terms may also apply.

Insurance coverage is included only for trips where the listing states it is included. Review the specific coverage details on the trip page before booking.

EvacuationPath is not liable for delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control that affect a trip, beyond assisting with rescheduling or adjustments where the trip allows it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
